The whole plant relies on the Planning Department to be accurate in materials, machines & processes/flow. With that said I am motivated by putting puzzle pieces together and finding solutions quickly and accurately.
My favorite thing is that everyone is friendly and supportive of each other. There is a feeling of community working here at PLI.
One is stressing the topic “Safety” as we like to ensure everyone is safe. Second, would be collaboration of individuals and departments for us to be successful.

My family motivates me to go to work every day but, the Managers, coworkers, and my team are the reason I have stayed at PLI for years.
I enjoy the work life balance. Working Monday through Friday, with the occasional Saturdays, allows me to spend time with my family on the weekends.
